Like Scottish Smallpipes, Reelpipes, a style of border pipes, have the same fingering as Highland pipes, and come in mouthblown and bellows styles. Uilleann sets have different fingering, but this haunting and appealing style sounds very approachable when Fred breaks it down and shows you scales on the Uilleann practice pipe.
